1.1. Our current Membership descriptions, entitlements and pricing will always be stated on our website located at www.generationwomenaus.com.

1.2. All applications for Membership must be made by completing the payment process on our Website. This will enable you to access your membership perks.

1.3. We reserve the right to reject an application for any reason.

1.4. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email inviting you to create your Member Portal login. This gives you instant access to all on-demand shows, member-only updates, and your monthly discount code for live shows. Your membership is active as soon as you set up your login. If you don’t see the email right away, check your spam or promotions tab — or email us at community@generationwomenaus.com and we’ll make sure you’re all set. Members get $10OFF x 1 ticket per month.

1.5. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any members-only links and codes provided to you for accessing your Membership.

2.1. The Membership Fee may be paid by:

2.1.2. A single upfront annual payment via credit/debit card on our Website.

2.2. The annual cost of the membership including admin fee is visible and clear prior to joining.

2.3. We may increase the Membership Fee from time to time. If we do so, we will give you at least one month’s notice of the intended increase by email and by notice on our Website.

2.4. Minimum commitment is 12 months from initial joining date. Memberships fees are nonrefundable if you wish to cancel your membership early.

2.5. As a Generation Women Member you have access to a range of benefits, which will change from time to time. Generation Women Australia will run a minimum of 10 events per year from February to November; events may not take place in December and January.

3.1. Your Membership will be automatically renewed each year, on the anniversary of the date you joined Generation Women Membership (Anniversary) unless you wish to terminate your membership subscription.

3.2. The Membership Fee for the forthcoming year will be charged to the same credit card you used on joining, unless you specify otherwise.

3.3. If you wish to terminate your Membership, you must give us notice at least 5 days prior to the Anniversary. If we do not receive notification from you, your Membership shall be auto-renewed and the applicable Membership Fee payable.

4.1. The Membership Fee is not refundable.

4.2. Generation Women Australia may offer a refund in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you feel that you deserve a refund, you must contact us in writing outlining the circumstances to hello@generationwomenaus.com. We will then review your correspondence and advise our decision in writing.

5.1. Personal Information provided by you during the Membership application process and throughout the duration of your Membership will be held and dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available here.

5.2. You may opt out of emails from us by unsubscribing at any time or by notifying us directly.

6.1. Generation Women does not take any responsibility or liability whatsoever for disputes between Members.

6.2. There are sections of our portal that display Members’ stories; this information may also be shared publicly on our social media channels. By being a Member you give authority for some of your profile data (e.g. name) to be made public when sharing your story. By using Generation Women Connects you give authority for us to share your contact details with other members. When accessing these sections and services, you must not:

6.2.1. harass, abuse or harm other Members; send spam or other unwelcomed communication to other Members

6.2.2. act in an unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner; or

6.2.3. infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including those of Generation Women, Members or third parties.

6.3. Should you attend a Generation Women Event, you acknowledge that Generation Women photographs every event. You consent to being photographed by Generation Women (or its representatives) and to Generation Women using your image in such photographs for the purpose of promoting our events, services and products. No remuneration is payable for such use.

6.4. We may revoke your Membership for any reason, including for breach of these Terms or for bringing Generation Women into disrepute.

8.1. These Terms shall in respects be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms.

8.2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all or part of that provision will be severed from the Terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.

8.3. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any failure to assert any right under the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

8.4. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Generation Women and you in relation to Membership.
